Elise is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience of growing strong, courageous leaders in a variety of workspaces including healthcare, IT and Operational Excellence.  Elise has diverse coaching experience, from early careerists to senior executives.  

Elise holds a B.S. from the University of Hartford and a M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  She holds several certifications in Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, Information Technology, and Respiratory Care
