Expert facilitation: I work with teams of all sizes and makeup to work together to collaborate, design, solve problems or perform. We will build sessions that meet you and your teams where they are with a toolkit customized to bring out the best in your teams. Operational Excellence: My experience and expertise will help you design end-to-end transformation using the principles of project management, lean, and change management. Whether it’s exploring operating models, governance structures, or deploying strategic plans, we will partner to create a roadmap that works for you
Cancellation Policy
Coaching Package Policy Refund Policy Once a coaching package is purchased, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that life happens. If unforeseen circumstances arise, clients are encouraged to discuss their situation with their coach, who may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Payment & Billing Policy For clients opting for monthly or invoiced payments, it is essential to stay current with your payment plan. If payment for the previous month or invoice is not received, future coaching sessions will be paused until the balance is paid in full. We will make three documented attempts to reach out and resolve the issue. If no response is received, the account will be considered closed, and any remaining sessions will be forfeited. Communication & Accountability Our goal is to support your growth and success through consistent engagement. If we notice an extended period of inactivity or missed sessions without communication, we will reach out to ensure everything is on track. However, if a client remains unresponsive after three documented attempts, we reserve the right to close the account. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
