Elise is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience of growing strong, courageous leaders in a variety of workspaces including healthcare, IT and Operational Excellence.  Elise has diverse coaching experience, from early careerists to senior executives.  

Elise holds a B.S. from the University of Hartford and a M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  She holds several certifications in Consulting, Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, Information Technology, and Respiratory Care

Claudio Capone

Claudio is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience creating growth strategies that drive profitability. His expertise is in health system strategic development through expert data analysis, ensuring physician alignment and developing service lines.  He has experience in creating strategies for ambulatory expansion and diversification through market demand analyses, provider and staffing needs, and facility solutions while factoring in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. He holds a master's in healthcare management and a bachelor's in political science.

An award winning teacher and scholar, committed to learning and growth of people of all backgrounds and experience. She has a broad range of academic and industry experience, and is an expert in work-life management, employee motivation, and positive psychology.

James Helbling

James is a transformation and operations leader with deep experience in portfolio governance, process improvement, technology, change management, and strategic execution. In his day-to-day role at Yale, he leads the Operations Portfolio Management Office, translating executive priorities into structured portfolios, roadmaps, and measurable delivery while using AI and process improvement to solve operational efficiency challenges. At The Sinha Group, James supports digital strategy, AI-enabled operations, operational transformation, and practical tools that help leaders align teams, simplify work, and turn ideas into measurable results.

Kimberly Mitola
