Cancellation Policy

Coaching Package Policy Refund Policy Once a coaching package is purchased, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that life happens. If unforeseen circumstances arise, clients are encouraged to discuss their situation with their coach, who may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Payment & Billing Policy For clients opting for monthly or invoiced payments, it is essential to stay current with your payment plan. If payment for the previous month or invoice is not received, future coaching sessions will be paused until the balance is paid in full. We will make three documented attempts to reach out and resolve the issue. If no response is received, the account will be considered closed, and any remaining sessions will be forfeited. Communication & Accountability Our goal is to support your growth and success through consistent engagement. If we notice an extended period of inactivity or missed sessions without communication, we will reach out to ensure everything is on track. However, if a client remains unresponsive after three documented attempts, we reserve the right to close the account.
