New Year, New You- With Help from “HERPath: The Podcast for Busy Women Looking for Purpose, Health and Happiness” Podcast

Welcome 2024! This year holds many promises and will surely reveal many surprises along the way!

Are you like me? As the New Year begins, I am filled with excitement about what’s to come, what I will discover, who I will meet and how I will grow. I am also filled with some trepidation about what I have planned, will I get it all done, will I fail, and on and on.

I’m done with resolutions. The word brings stress, tension and angst. It feels like a rigid, straight line with no room for error. I am using a new term this year: My 2024 Path. I am creating a path, or journey forward for myself, my family life, and my business.

What I like about creating a path is I get to take my time evolving, reaching goals, and my path is woven with grace, forgiveness and patience for the slips and trips along the way. No blame or shame, and a wavy line still gets there.

As I create my path, I am most excited to launch our new Podcast: HERPath: The Podcast for Busy Women Looking for Purpose, Health, and Happiness.

We have been working hard over the last few months creating content, recording sessions, and creating a wonderful space. This space will be authentic, real, and we are tackling the REAL issues. What has been surprising to me is how easy it is to share vulnerabilities with my co-leaders, knowing that those thoughts are soon going out into the world.

Gaby, Nancy and Beth create a warm, inviting and safe space to explore what’s holding us back, what’s in our way, and they teach me every session about parts of myself I haven’t explored before.
