Coaching Circles - Cohort B Tuesday

Service Description

Summer is a time to relax, enjoy the weather, slow down, and connect with people. Why not make this summer the time to build up a circle of support and explore your career. In these circles, you will create safe communities, explore women leadership issues and trends, and tackle pain points in your own career, all while also evaluating your current and future career goals. At the end of these circles, you will have more confidence, more belonging and inclusion, and improved clarity and purpose. Join our 8-week coaching circles to discover yourself, create your vision for your future and create your community of like-minded women leaders. These sessions include: Self-discovery and deep dive of what drives your thoughts, feelings, actions and ultimately your results Expert coaching with a certified leadership coach at every session Develop your community- small groups of women in a psychologically safe space that explore together, share experiences and develop lasting relationships Brief learning moments in each session on topics important to women leaders But, what about my planned vacation? We’ve got you covered! All sessions will be recorded, and one make-up session will be scheduled in early September

Cancellation Policy

Coaching Package Policy Refund Policy Once a coaching package is purchased, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that life happens. If unforeseen circumstances arise, clients are encouraged to discuss their situation with their coach, who may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Payment & Billing Policy For clients opting for monthly or invoiced payments, it is essential to stay current with your payment plan. If payment for the previous month or invoice is not received, future coaching sessions will be paused until the balance is paid in full. We will make three documented attempts to reach out and resolve the issue. If no response is received, the account will be considered closed, and any remaining sessions will be forfeited. Communication & Accountability Our goal is to support your growth and success through consistent engagement. If we notice an extended period of inactivity or missed sessions without communication, we will reach out to ensure everything is on track. However, if a client remains unresponsive after three documented attempts, we reserve the right to close the account. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
